Okay I'll be real with you guys, nearly every time I go I get the perfect treatment/ diagnosis but for the last 2 times I've been in a bed I've had an infection somewhere in my body and they haven't found it. Last time I cut my finger (went to the same hospital the night before and got stitches - amazing job. Didn't give me a follow up date for removal however) and less than 12 hours later I was back in because I had a fever, cold and hot sweats, vomiting, nausea, confusion and delirium. Not great signs. However they just pumped me full of anti biotics and sent me home at 6 am. Like... this is the second time they've gone "you've got an infection somewhere (finger kidneys gut or lungs) but we don't know where." And sent me home.

I only gave one star as it wouldn't post my complaint.

I was taken to Kingston Hospital early in the morning today, it was the first time I went into their emergency department and I was completely discussed by their rood, uncerleas and very unprofessional behaviour. I was left in very deep pain for three hours without any checks or anything, it took them four hours to give me some sort of pain relief. The full staff didn't know what they were doing threw the full time I was there, I was realest with out a proper checkup and when I asked them when you are going to do any proper check up they said we are not doing so you can go now. For me I have only one thing to say poor people who end up in their hands and lucky those who don't need too. Very angry and I can't believe where part of our tax goes too.

Apart from these 2 incidents they've saved life multiple times so yeah... if I was to get a heart attack I'd hope to wake up here.

What can I say to describe how much I admire and appreciate the work of the Orthopaedic Surgical Team here? I turn up at A&E because I think that my local hospital has missed something with my painful knee. A two hour wait and the team immediately diagnose life-thteatening septic arthritis of the knee, start treatment AT ONCE! Three weeks of highly skilled, professional and thorough medical treatment and some really first class nursing care and I am fit and well enough to start my rehab at home. I am truly, truly blessed by these people!
